What we make
Bags, wallets, belts, jackets and shoes, cut from full-grain and vegetable-tanned leather. Full-grain keeps the outermost layer of the hide, the part that carries the grain and the strength. It is why a good bag looks better after five years rather than worse.
How we think about design
Nothing on an H&Y piece is there for decoration. Hardware is chosen for how it behaves after a thousand openings, not how it photographs. Linings are stitched so they can be repaired. Edges are burnished rather than folded, because a burnished edge wears evenly.

We sell only within Pakistan and deliver nationwide with cash on delivery. That keeps the chain short: you order, we send, you pay when it is in your hands.
Caring for leather
Keep it away from direct heat, wipe it with a dry cloth, and condition it once or twice a year. Marks and softening are not faults. They are what separates leather from everything else.
