Shipping policy

Where we deliver

H&Y delivers nationwide across Pakistan. We do not ship outside Pakistan at present.

Delivery times and charges

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Delivery is Rs 250 per order, and free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more.

Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Cash on Delivery

All orders are currently placed on Cash on Delivery. Our courier will contact you before delivery to confirm your address and a suitable time. Please have the exact order total ready in cash, and inspect your parcel at the doorstep before paying.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us through the Contact page and we will follow it up with the courier.
